Once that opens you will find information about some kind of gimble relating to internet speeds and from what i understand also being able to change windows coding around. It most has to do with the game americas army because it looks like a new hack to me. But since it is in windows i don't know what kind of hack it might be. Since i do not know much about hacking i wanted to report this, so it could be stoped... Also i took screen shots of that above mentioned information if you need them...
